Good Morning 90065! Doing some research on this cold & rainy day on the real estate market activity taking place in and around Mount Washington & Glassell Park. Sales are definitely happening, but i truly believe we could be seeing even more results. As an agent who sells a lot of homes up in these hills, the biggest problem i encounter is not having enough homes to show my buyer clients. Normally, there will only be 3-5 places that we can go out and see. if nothing stands out, it usually becomes a daily waiting game hoping for something new and exciting to come on the market. To me, that creates a very strong situation for any sellers out there who are either thinking of or needing to get their home sold soon. Believe it or not, we are still seeing multiple offers on lots of places and actually seeing sales go over the asking price. Crazy huh? However, there are homes that come on the market and never end up selling even with the current buyer demand and incentives being offered for many different reason. No matter what, it all starts with getting the conversation going with your neighborhood specialist and figuring out the best strategy to help you get your home sold and for the most money possible.
