Born and raised in Los Angeles, Yu-Ling graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a BA in Child Development with a specialization in Hospitalized Child. She grew up in the Los Feliz area of L.A. and has always admired the history and diverse array of architectural styles represented in the area. Born from French and Chinese parents, she traveled extensively in her college years to explore her multicultural identity. After teaching the developmentally disabled for a non-profit organization for almost a decade, her desire to create a family came to fruition with the birth of their twin boys. In the interim, she successfully renovated and invested in properties, further gaining knowledge of all aspects of real estate and design. Surrounded by successful real estate professionals and investors in her family, it was a natural decision for her to continue learning and growing in the field. In 2007, she joined her business partner and husband, Henry Plascencia who already had a longstanding, successful career in real estate. Yu-Ling has a unique combination of experience, personal connections and desire to help all her clients achieve their investment goals. She also is fluent in French and some Spanish. She loves her pets, traveling to historical places abroad, watching her children grow and appreciating beauty in all facets of life.
